How To Find The Cheapest Price Using Our Alerts
Instructions for our Facebook Group on how to take our alerts and find the cheapest price possible.
Step 1: Go to Google Flights
Input your departure city & your destination (Alerted Destination)
Click the departure date and it will pull up the entire monthly calendar for the entire year.
Find which dates are the cheapest and after you have found which dates are the cheapest on Google Flights, take that data (The dates you found to be the cheapest) and plug it into Avisales to see if they can find the flight any cheaper.
We have found that there are website that can save you an additional $20-$30 per ticket on average most of the time. Not always, but more times than not, and if booking for a family of 4 it will save you an additionally $100 on avg.
Don’t worry about it being in military time on Avisales, as when you actually go to select a ticket and it takes you to the website that has that price, it will convert it back to AM/PM time.
Sometimes the lowest price will already be found on Google Flights, but it’s always worth trying to see if there is even a lower price because Avisales pulls flight data from additional websites that Google Flights does not!
The reason you need to use Google flights to start with is because their monthly calendar view works the best and allows you to find the cheapest dates quickly. Avisales monthly calendar doesn’t work very well, and that’s why we say to use Google Flights 1st to locate the cheapest dates for your departure city, and then plug it into Avisales afterwards to see if there may be an even better savings out there.
