Welcome to Jetsetter Alerts! Excited you have joined us.
Where do you search for flights?
If you are receiving personalize alerts from us, after receiving the alert there are two ways to search for flights online. We will already have a link to the alerted deal but after viewing the deal it never hurts to see if you can find it even cheaper using these tool and the flight data we provide.
You can go directly to an online travel agency (OTA) aka Expedia, Orbitz, Priceline etc. or you can use a flight aggregator (website that pulls flight prices from tons of OTA’s).
Yea, there is no need to search a company directly as you will only see the prices they have and not able to compare them with others without manual labor and time lost.
Top Flight Aggregators we like to use is
However, we always recommend just for the speed and time saved that you search for your flight 1st on google flights, and then use their calendar view to find the cheapest date to fly within the travel window that you have as you can see in the screen shot here.
After you have found the cheapest dates for you to go on Google Flights, it’s now time to run those same dates through aggregators that pull flight prices from tons of websites that Google does not. That’s where Skyscanner and WayAway come in.
You can always find these search aggregators and any new search tools we use under “Search Tools” at the top of the site.
